Josh joined Gorman Company in 2007. He is the 4th generation of Gorman to serve in the electrical utility industry. Following the family formula, Josh is on track to buy the company starting in 2021. This method of generational ownership has firmly established leaders who are willing to financially commit to the Gorman Company. His understanding of the Electric Utility Industry and Southwest Markets will take the company forward for the next 20 years

Mike Gorman

Mike carries on the family legacy.  He began his career with GE in 1981 and moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1983 to join the family business.  He has over 37 years of experience in selling and working in the electrical utility industry.

Jim brings a wealth of experience and technical knowledge to our customers. Jim worked as an electrical controls specialist with Border States for 15 years, before joining Gorman Company in 2009.

Monica Levisohn

Monica started working at Gorman Company in 2010, providing inside sales services to our customers.  Prior to joining Gorman, Monica worked for 17 years as the Traffic Manager for Univision.

Jerry Jones, PMP

Jerry came on board with Gorman Company in 2016 as their Power Generation specialist. Throughout his 20 year career in the industry, Jerry has served in a variety of roles in operations, engineering, IT and project management. He has worked with industry leaders such as Dynegy, Worley Parsons and Arizona Public Service.

Ted Cook

Ted joined Gorman Company as a meter expert after retiring from Public Service in New Mexico. Starting off working for local utilities in Indiana, Ted moved to New Mexico in the 80’s where he held multiple positions in the meter departments of Texas-New Mexico Power and PNM. He has worked as a meter reader, meter department supervisor, Journeymen Meterman as well as chairing meter safety and standards committees. In 1991 Ted established the Alamogordo Watt Hour Testing Service which to this day still services the New Mexico CoOp market.


Casey Leyva

Casey began his career in the financial segment as an operations manager with Charles Schwab & Company. In 2013 he joined the utility industry as a territory account manager with Altec Supply, focusing on the southwest United States. He joined Gorman Company in 2018.  

Austin Bharadwaja

B.A. - Political Science, Montana State University
MBA, University of Nevada

Residing in Albuquerque, Austin joined Gorman Company in 2018 to handle the New Mexico and West Texas utility markets. Austin was previously covering the territory working in the Line Safety & Building Automation Systems Industry. He has over 8 years of management and 7 years of
outside sales experience. Austin is a former Army reservist.

Megan Archibald

Megan became part of the Gorman Company inside sales team in the fall of 2019. She spent the prior 8 years working for one of Arizona’s largest beverage distribution companies. Megan held roles that included National Accounts Coordinator, Accounts Payable and HR Administration.
